Phosphatidylcholine is the most abundant phospholipid in human cell membranes — the building block the body uses to keep cells structurally sound. We use it as the anchor of phospholipid-focused formulas because membrane health is the foundation everything else depends on.

Phosphatidylethanolamine is a structural phospholipid concentrated in tissues with high metabolic demand — the brain, the heart, and the inner membranes of mitochondria. It supports membrane flexibility and the cellular machinery that runs on it. We include it alongside phosphatidylcholine because real membrane support means more than the headline ingredient alone.
